Fire Systems Design Certification

DKFD Core Purpose
Our mission is simple: provide a professional fire protection design service built on industry best practices and the latest design innovations. Every project is designed to be effective, efficient and fully compliant with your specifications.
The Tools We Use
We compile all fire protection design drawings using the latest AutoCAD and Revit software, so your documentation is accurate, clear and ready for certification.
Our designs comply with a broad range of regulatory standards and codes, including:
  • National Construction Code of Australia and Australian Standards
  • NFPA (National Fire Protection Association)
  • Factory Mutual requirements
  • European Codes, where applicable
This means you receive design certification you can rely on, whatever the scope or location of your project.
What Is Fire Systems Design Certification?
Fire Systems Design (FSD) accreditation under the Fire Protection Accreditation Scheme (FPAS), administered by the Fire Protection Association Australia (FPA Australia), confirms that an individual is qualified to prepare plans and specifications for fire safety systems. It is a recognized mark of technical competence, professionalism, and accountability within the fire protection industry.
